Continuing the success of last year event, the Indonesian Geothermal Association (INAGA), member of IGA, will again hold its annual convention and exhibition this year. The 7th Indonesia International Geothermal Convention & Exhibition (IIGCE) 2019, which is held in conjunction with INAGA’s Annual Scientific Meeting will be held from 13 – 15 August 2019. This year event is considered timely for promoting a more aggressive acceleration of the industry, in the hope that the next term of the Indonesian government will put priority to the renewable energy sector in addition to the ongoing focus for infrastructure enhancement.
The IIGCE 2019’s theme of “Making Geothermal the Energy of Today” is expected to provide a strategic avenue for geothermal stakeholders in the region to having a broader collaboration, sharing of innovative technologies and experiences amongst geothermal players and thus making the forum as a call for using geothermal more in the energy transition plan.
The 7th IIGCE 2019 is a continuous success of the previous events that have been held since 2013. Convention delegates from both national and International companies, with more than 50 exhibitors are expected to showcase, and around 100 technical papers will be presented, in addition to business talk and ministerial session, followed by a field visit to Salak Geothermal Power Plant and a special Post-Conference Workshop by INAGA & GRC.
We proudly encourage you to take part in this premier event of geothermal industry in the region and benefit from its strategic programs
